Now that winter is “officially” here, thoughts surface of how to ‘Ring in the New Year.’ Again, this year many of us find ourselves fiscally challenged---which is a nice way of saying, ‘living paycheck-to-paycheck.’ Most of us are opting to come up with creative ways to cut expenses and still enjoy the holidays. No worries though; we have planned an exciting and memorable New Year’s Eve Bash for you and your guest(s).
JP Hair Design along with WES Productions (DJ CHiLL), and the Madison Times, invite you to Ring in the New Year with us at the 4th Annual Madison New Year’s Eve Bash ‘Red Carpet Event’ and fundraiser.
Again, this event will take place on New Year's Eve (December 31st), 6 pm – 2 am at the Madison Marriott West Hotel & Conference Center. Make sure you attend Madison’s biggest one-stop New Year’s Eve Bash for multi-ethnic professionals that includes 3 different Party Rooms, Live Comedy Show, Live Band, 7 of the Hottest DJs, and on-site Luxurious Hotel Accommodations (sold separately).
We offer very affordable packages that will allow options for those of us on a tight budget to Ring in the New Year inexpensively, but without compromising class, quality, or safety. Please note that portions of the proceeds benefit the Salvation Army Food Pantry Program, Capitol City Scholarships, Kappa Alpha Psi Scholarships, and The Madison Links Scholarship Fund

The event will take place on Thursday New Year's Eve (December 31st), 6 pm – 2 am at the Madison Marriott West Hotel & Conference Center.

JP Hair Design, Inc., The Madison Times, and WES Productions have developed a pricing structure that will allow those of us on a tight budget to Bring in the New Year’s inexpensively, but without compromising class or quality.
Portions of the Proceeds benefit The Links Inc., The Fraternity of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc., Capitol City Scholarships & the Salvation Army.
Group Tickets: $15 per person when 3 or more tickets are purchased.

Door Tickets: $35 each

How Do I Get My Online Purchased Tickets? |
After you pay for your tickets, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. We will also receive an email confirmation and will generate a list of those who paid online. On the day of the event; please go to the Will Call (located at the main entrance of the Madison Marriott West Conference Center – not the hotel) area at the event and present your ID. After confirmation, you will receive your ticket(s). |
